• Refunds are defined as either (a) an account credit to be used for future enrollments, or (b) a monetary refund equal to the cash-value of the transaction. Soccer Shots reserves the right to determine the method of refunding an account
• Soccer Shots reserves the right to give account credit for future enrollments in lieu of a monetary refund
• Refunds will not be issued for cancelled sessions or seasons due to natural disaster, government emergency, health crisis or force majeure (act of god). If a session or season does need to be cancelled for any reason, Soccer Shots may provide alternative programming as a replacement such as, Soccer Shots On The Go or a virtual session.
• No refunds or credits will be issued after week 3 of the season for regularly scheduled (in-person) programming.
• Refunds or credits requested prior to week 3 of the season for regularly scheduled (in-person) programming will be given for the remaining sessions only. All requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to a Soccer Shots representative.
• Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a scheduled class.
• Should Soccer Shots find it necessary to remove a child from a class, a refund will be issued after deduction for classes already attended.
• The enrollment fee is non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for failure to attend a make-up class.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• With monthly installment option, a deposit is charged to your credit card at the time of registration. Your credit card on file will be charged the installment amount on a monthly basis from time of purchase, until the balance is paid in full. Soccer Shots recommends not making payments earlier than the automatic payment unless the balance is paid in full. Your card will still be charged on the 30 day mark if you still have a remaining balance. All recurring payments apply on a season by season basis and you will need to re-enroll for each individual season.

• If a child has an unpaid balance from a previous season, the outstanding balance must first be paid in full before continuing in the current season. In this case, any payments submitted for the current season will be credited to the previous season until the account balance is paid.

MAKE-UP CLASSES AND CANCELLATIONS:

• Public Programs: While we can’t always predict the weather, we work hard to try to make the best decision for the children. Soccer Shots will make every effort to determine the status of class no later than 2 hours before the scheduled start time of class, based on available hourly weather forecasts and field closures beyond our control. Soccer Shots does play during light rain. We will cancel classes due to adverse weather conditions with short notice or while class is in progress if the safety of the children is in question. If we do cancel a class, we will notify you via email, text, and post all weather updates on our Facebook page as they occur.
• Schools: In the event of inclement weather we will work with the school to find an indoor location. If we are not able to play because of inclement weather or any other school activities we will make up the session by adding a week to the season or adding time to future classes. We will notify you by e-mail if we have to postpone a class. If your child attends an after-school Soccer Shots session and inclement weather postpones a session we will send out an e-mail and a text letting you know that you will need to make other arrangements for your child. We will still send coaches to the school for last minute cancellations to wait with children if needed.
• We will use the email address and phone number we have on file for cancellation updates. Please check your security and spam settings to allow emails from Soccer Shots. If you use Gmail, please make sure to check the promotions folder.
• Soccer Shots reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, a refund for the cost of the season, minus the enrollment fee will be processed.
• If a session or season does need to be canceled for any reason, Soccer Shots may provide alternative programming as a replacement such as, Soccer Shots On The Go or a virtual session.
• Make up classes may be held on a different day or time than the regularly scheduled class

ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL POLICY:

• Parents must sign out children from after-school programs at their childcare center.
• Parents are expected to arrive a few minutes before the session is complete.
• If your child is to be picked up by someone other than yourself, please note authorized pickup person on the registration.
